"Delivery was just okay?!"
I ordered from surfaces-group.it and yeah, the package did show up eventually, but it was later than I expected?! The tracking wasn’t very clear either, so I was kind of left guessing. The product itself was fine in the end, but I wouldn’t say the delivery timing felt super reliable.

My order went through without any real issues, but the updates did seem to take a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t bad overall, just maybe could’ve been a little quicker.

Overall, they clearly understand surface tools, and I found the technical details genuinely helpful. That said, I did have to follow up twice before getting a clear answer, which was a bit frustrating. Not a bad experience by any means, but the support side felt a little slower than I would have liked

I checked out Surfaces Group hoping there’d be a decent range to browse through. But it felt limited. There weren’t many styles or alternatives, and I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Kind of disappointing overall.

"Helpful enough, but way too slow"
I reached out to Surfaces Group with a question and, to be fair, they did eventually get back to me. The answer was decent once it finally came through, but the waiting around was frustrating. They kept things vague too, like saying they’d follow up “soon” without giving any real idea of when that actually meant. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled faster and more clearly.

"Sales team felt a bit off"
I wasn’t really happy with the sales experience. I asked what I thought were basic questions, but the replies felt rushed, like they were just trying to get me to buy and move on??

When I asked for clearer info, the vibe got colder and less helpful. The products might be totally fine, but the way the sales side handled it put me off.

"I really regret going with these tiles..."
I really regret going with these tiles. They started chipping way too quickly, and once they were down, they looked cheaper than I expected. I’m disappointed and wish I’d spent a bit more on something better

I used it recently, or maybe it was a few weeks ago, and the customization options were fine overall. Nothing terrible, but I remember feeling like there could’ve been more choices. It did the basic job, just not as much as I was hoping for

I ordered from surfaces-group.it… and yeah, the delivery was just okay. It wasn’t some huge problem or anything. The package did arrive fine in the end, no damage, all good there. But it took a bit longer than I thought it would. I kept checking, kind of wondering when it was actually coming. Would’ve been better if the timing had been clearer from the start

I guess I had higher expectations going in, and I remember feeling a little disappointed when I first tried it. It wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t leave me with that good feeling I was hoping for. it could be a lot better.

I ran into an issue with my order from surfaces-group.it, so I reached out thinking it would be a straightforward thing to sort out.

They did reply at first, which made me feel like it might get handled, but then it kind of turned into this back-and-forth where I kept explaining the same thing over and over. It felt like no one really wanted to take ownership, and getting clear answers took way longer than it should have.

In the end, the complaint wasn’t resolved in a way that felt fair to me. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but mine just left me frustrated

I had a frustrating experience with surfaces-group.it, honestly. Things just didn’t move smoothly, and the updates I got were either unclear or didn’t really help me understand what was going on.

The biggest issue for me was reliability. There were delays, mixed messages, and I never really felt like anyone had the situation under control. So yeah, I wouldn’t use them again.

"Works with my setup, for the msot part"
It does work with my machine, so that’s a plus. Setup wasn’t exactly plug-and-play though, I had to mess with it a bit and tweak a few things before it behaved. Compatible enough, just not super smooth righ tout of the box.

I mean, the safety information seems to be included, so that’s good, but I found myself kind of rereading parts and thinking, okay, am I missing something here? It doesn’t feel unsafe necessarily, just not as clear or straightforward as I’d like. A little more detail or better wording would make me feel more confident.

I was interested at first, but the pricing kind of threw me off. It wasn’t really clear upfront, so I ended up having to ask twice before I actually understood what everything would cost. Not a huge deal, but it made the whole experience feel more confusing than it needed to be

I did see some defects go down, so it wasn’t a total miss... but the results took longer than what I was told to expect. Support was also kind of hard to get ahold of when I needed help, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I just thought it would be a lot smoother and more effective...
